Meet the Staff of PSS MediSpa in Annapolis
Jan Sutton
Jan is the director of PSS MediSpa's 3 locations in Annapolis, Easton and Severna Park. Jan oversees all aspects of the business and is continually researching and seeking out the latest treatments, products and techniques in medical skin care, keeping PSS MediSpa on the forefront of technology in this ever changing field. Jan is a member of the Society of Plastic Surgical Skin Care Specialists. She is proud to work with such an experienced team of Plastic Surgeons and Estheticians!
Ajia Markland, R.N., C.P.S.N.
Ajia was one of the first nurses in the country to work with injectables. Her 25 years of work with injectables has made her one of the leading experts in this field. Ajia is a Certified Plastic Surgery Nurse who is the former President of the American Society of Plastic Surgery Nurses.
Lisa Basciano
Lisa staffs Plastic Surgery Specialists Annapolis office. Her experience and personal touch will help you achieve healthy skin and customize a regimen for your skin type. Lisa is qualified in Permanent Makeup, Microdermabrasion treatments, as well as a variety of chemical peels. She is a member of the Society of Plastic Surgical Skin Care Specialists and regularly attends seminars to broaden her knowledge of non-surgical facial rejuvenation.
Julie Christian
Julie graduated first in her class from Von Lee Institute in 1996. She is also a graduate of Potomac Massage Training Institute. Julie has completed post-graduate courses in medical skin care and massage, including extensive training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage. She was trained by Dr. Robert Adrian in Facial Rejuvenation using Intense Pulse Light Therapy (Foto Facial / IPL). She is dedicated to the promotion of safe clinical skin and Julie attends medical conferences and training classes regularly.She is also a member of the Society of Plastic Surgical Skin Care Specialists.
Lauri Leight
Lauri has been with Plastic Surgery Specialists since 1985. Her knowledge, experience and enthusiasm for her field is what keeps her long list of faithful clients coming back.
As a former acne sufferer, Lauri specializes in treating problem skin. Lauri is a member of the Society of Plastic Surgical Skin Care Specialists and continues to expand her knowledge with continuing education.
June Mitchell
June is a licensed medical esthetician and has been with Plastic Surgery Specialists since 1998. She staffs our Easton and Annapolis offices. She is a member of Society of Plastic Surgical Skin Care Specialists and specializes in Microdermabrasion, Chemical Peels, Foto Facials, Pre-Op and Post-Op skin care treatments and is proficient at Permanent Makeup application. June attends seminars to further her experience and knowledge to serve her clients with state-of-the-art techniques.
Bridget Harkins
After obtaining her undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland, Bridget Harkins became a seasoned professional in the beauty industry. She worked as a licensed make-up artist for over 8 years and followed her passion for skincare by receiving her degree in Aesthetics from the Fila Academy in 2006.
Upon completing her degree, she moved immediately into the field of Medical Aesthetics. She worked as Lead Medical Esthetician for Radiance Medspa of Bethesda, becoming a leader in chemical peels and rosacea treatments.
Moving closer to home, she gained more education and experience with Pink Patio Medspa in Annapolis. There she was trained in IPL foto facial and Refirme Skin Tightening treatments.
Bridget's love for what she does drives her to constantly research new products, ingredients and protocols. Achieving clear, glowing skin is her ultimate goal.
Kristi Coleman
Kristi graduated from the Von-Lee School of Esthetics and specializes in a variety of advanced chemical peels, microdermabrasion, IPL foto-facial, ReFirme and VelaSmooth. She has been working in the medical field for 10 years and assists in our surgical center in addition to her work at PSS MediSpa.
Kristi's passion for make-up has made her an expert in special occasion make-up, instruction on make-up application techniques and post operative camouflage make up. She also works with eyelash extensions that give her patients longer, fuller lashes.

Kelly Sutter, R.N., B.A.
Kelly Sutter joined Plastic Surgery Specialists in the Medispa after over 25 years of nursing practice. With a strong background in Surgical Operating Room nursing and patient education, Kelly brings a unique blend of experience to our patients. "Developing a patients trust during the injection procedure is a significant responsibility; if the appropriate assessment and time is taken, it is a pleasant experience. Small changes for many people translate to big changes in how they feel".
Kelly treats patients with dermal fillers as well as Botox and offers complimentary consultations in the Annapolis, Severna Park and Easton locations.
Susan Perciasepe RN, CCRN / Laser Specialist
Susan has lived in Southern Maryland since 1978. She has been in Critical Care since 1975 and continues to practice in the field. Susan is certified as a Critical Care Nurse from the American Association of Critical Care Nurses After Susan’s two children graduated college, Susan pursued other interests such as Medical Esthetics. Susan is a specialist in Lumenis One Laser Hair Removal and Intense Pulse Light Therapy for skin rejuvenation. She is also trained in Sciton Laser Therapy. In addition, she is knowledgeable in Obagi Skin Care.
Susan is a member of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses, and a member of American Academy of Medical Esthetic Professionals. As a "Baby Boomer", Susan understands the challenges of women of all ages and looks forward to helping them reach their optimum goals.
Beverly J. Patrizio R.N.
Beverly has been in the medical field for over fifteen (15) years and a member of the Plastic Surgery Specialist Team since 2003. She has worked closely with the Surgeons in our Surgery Center as a first assistant in the operating room and in a clinical environment. Beverly treats patients in our Medispa for spider veins and is certified to perform dermal filler injections, botox and laser hair removal. Beverly is a firm believer in developing long term relationships with her clients and is always accessible to address any patient's questions or concerns.
Arabeth Turner R.N. BSN
Arabeth received a Bachelor’s degree from Salisbury University in 2000. Since, graduation she has focused her career on perioperative nursing. In 2006 Arabeth further specialized in Plastic Surgery and Cosmetic surgical nursing. She is actively involved in all aspects of patient care and treatments. She is certified to perform dermal filler injections and laser hair removal.
Steffani Baesch
Steffani is a licensed makeup artist and specializes in special occasion and bridal makeup, as well as post-operative solutions and provides application instruction. A featured artist on such well known wedding websites as The Knot and Wedding Wire, Steffani brings over 10 years of experience in the salon and bridal industry to our MediSpa. She is also our spray tan technician who specializes in Bronze Biologic and has been a spray tan artist for 5 years.
Stacey Tieff
Stacey graduated from the Fila Academy School of Esthetics in 2006 and immediately pursued a career as a medical esthetician. She developed a passion for corrective skin care due to her own skin challenges. She knows how skin issues and aging can directly affect our self esteem.
Stacey believes in patient education, establishing personal relationships and customized treatment plans for maximum results. She is experienced in microdermabrasion, dermapealing and a variety of chemical peels and products.
